British Gymnastics has the following permanent full-time post:

Regional Partnerships and Relationships Lead

37 hours per week

Salary £52,659 per annum

39 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday and Company days) + 2 wellbeing days a year + weekly exercise and wellbeing hours

This is a home-based role with national travel as required.

Role Summary:

A strategic thinker and operational doer, with a critical eye for regional planning and delivery using local intelligence and wider resources. A strong manager of relationships and critical stakeholders.  

Specifically, the Regional Partnerships and Relationships Lead will have oversight of; developing Regional Plans that drive operational implementation of a more place-based approach to working across the gymnastics, as the key point of contact regionally for clubs, schools and leisure providers. The Regional Partnerships and Relationships Lead will bring together the wider Regional Team for meetings to share insight, prioritise actions and drive forward the things that matter most for the gymnastics community.
